You can cancel the contract between us within 14 days after the day the goods were delivered.
When your return has been authorised (within 14 days of receipt), you will have a further 14 days (from the date of your request) to return it to us.
If this is returned outside the above timeline, your refund may be declined. You will then need to arrange to get your goods back, or as goodwill, we will issue a credit voucher at our discretion.
Our team will process the refund as soon as the goods have been checked by our returns and quality control team and placed back into our saleable stock system. This may take up to 14 days.

Return Policy & Postage Information
Please note that the cost of returning goods for cancelled orders is the responsibility of the customer.
We heavily subsidise outbound postage, so it is unlikely that returns can be made at the same reduced fee charged for delivery. For reference, our Oversized & Framed range has a minimum standard UK delivery cost of £23.98.
Refund of postage is the minimum fee of £8.36 for outbound postage. This applies even for multi-order & Express deliveries; Also orders sent to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, as out-of-area charges are non-refundable.
We are an online store. Returns can only be received when scanned through the postal or courier network. Unfortunately, we cannot accept in-person returns from the general public.
You may cancel the contract between us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Returns received outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit voucher.
As an online retailer, all returns must be sent via a tracked & recognised postal or courier service. Items must be scanned into our system upon receipt in order to be accepted and processed.
We are unable to accept returns delivered in person. Any items handed in without being processed through a tracked postal or courier network cannot be guaranteed as received and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.This policy is in place due to the nature of our premises, which operate as a multi-use industrial site with shared access and temporary staff.
Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been inspected by our Returns and Quality Control team and placed back into saleable stock. If there is any issue with your return, you will be notified by email within 3 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
It will be you, the customer's responsibility to ensure that our items are handled with care, and it is you the customer's liability to ensure that the items are repackaged the exact way they have been received, and returned to us with insured and trackable delivery, in unmarked, as new, and re-saleable condition.
Any damage to the returned products, or any alterations, lack of care when repackaging, that causes the returned items to be unsaleable, will be the liability of you the customer, and will be debited from any refunds due.
Any items returned damaged due to courier mishandling are between you and your courier. We allow 3 working days for goods to be checked into stock. If the packaging or item is damaged, you will be informed in writing with pictures attached, and you will be able to make a claim with your chosen courier. This is between you and them and has nothing to do with us. You can have the damaged goods back, or we will dispose of them for you. We will only hold on to goods for 5 working days.
Should you wish to return an item for any reason, please email our customer service team at cst@wallfillers.co.uk stating the reason for return and your order number.
Depending on the reason they may issue you with a returns number and details of how to return the item, or they may ask for more information.
Please note: Bespoke / personalised items are not eligible to be returned.
IMPORTANT Any goods returned without prior communication and missing a returns reference may not be accepted at the warehouse; or they will go into a holding bay if received. Additionally, returns will not be processed without a returns reference.
We will not be obliged to Refund and on a case by case basis may offer a credit as goodwill.
We may reject any returns received after the 14 days without prior authorisation; alternatively, a credit voucher may be issued at management's discretion.

The cost of returning goods for cancelled orders shall be the customer's.
Please consider that we heavily subsidise outbound Postage, and you are unlikely to be able to return at the same subsidised fee we charge for your outbound delivery.
Our Oversized & Framed range has a minimum delivery cost of £23.98 (Standard UK), which we significantly subsidise.
Outbound Postage will be refunded at the minimum rate of £8.36.
RETURN CHARGES – CANCELLED OR RETURNED ORDERS
The following return charges apply:
- Standard canvas products: £15.00, plus £4.72 per additional item where multiple items are returned.
- Framed pictures: From £34.26, plus £9.98 per additional item where multiple items are returned.
Our Oversized & Framed range carries a standard UK delivery charge of £23.98, which is heavily subsidised. Even with the applicable return charges, cancellations may still leave us partially out of pocket.
Refunds will be issued in full, less the applicable return charges outlined above. These charges contribute towards courier and packaging costs.
Please note:
- For remote area postcodes or where express delivery has been selected, outbound delivery will be charged at the standard rate of £8.36. This will be deducted in addition to the return charges stated above.
- As an online retailer, all returns must be sent via post or courier. We are unable to accept returns delivered in person.
