Important notice for customers who visited our checkout on Saturday 17 October 2026

On Saturday 17 October 2026, between about 12:45 and 22:20 UK time, a trusted third-party software application on our website was tampered with by cyber criminals. During that time, some shoppers who clicked our checkout button were sent to a fake payment page that looked like ours.

Who is affected
You may be affected if you clicked checkout on our website during those times and entered your card details on the payment page.

You are not affected if you:
- paid using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal
- shopped with us at any other time outside of that window
- did not reach the payment page

What to do if you may be affected
- Contact your bank or card provider, tell them your card may have been compromised, and ask about a replacement card.
- Check your statements for payments you do not recognise.
- Be wary of emails, texts or calls that mention Wallfillers and ask for payment or personal details. We will never ask for your card details by email or phone.

What we have done
We identified the issue and removed the faulty tool the same evening, secured our systems, reported the incident to the Information Commissioner's Office, and are contacting the customers we have been able to identify.
